Here’s a few updates in t.o.t.s. land. We here at The Facility have suffered a few crisis in the past few months but as “things” are now getting close to under control here is a list of what’s been happening and going to happen. 1) THE Thing has completed his long running work on the compilation tribute album: “F.E.S.T.E.R.: A Tribute to The Residents. 2) A new t.o.t.s. ep is in the works entitled “The Grove” with 4 brand new tracks and a possible remake of an older Recherche’ track (by popular request!). 1) “Mettle mov. IV: The Hypocrit” 2) “The Victim” 3) “They’re Exactly Alike Again” 4) “The Grove” and 5) “The Man” . A new full length album in the oven tentatively named “Herr Doktor”. THE Thing is also working on a new tribute compilation for Facility Records called, “SPUD SUCKERS: A Tribute to DEVO”. Preparations are being made for a new live show with the incredible return of “Benign The Clown”! More news to come…

Short lived only because a cheaper means of distribution was made available to us… “God in a Box” is now available through CDNOW, AMAZON, and an alternate version through MP3.COM. A special thanks to INTERFACE for not reviewing “God in a Box”… what’s a little exposure to us anyway? Updated “About t.o.t.s.” section. CD “God in a Box” is now available nationally through all record chains, CDNOW, AMAZON.COM, CDPOINT and many more…. (All of this we might add without being signed). “Ginger’s Lament” will also be released on the upcoming Residents tribute album “FESTER” released on Facility Records.
More is being added to outside the skin.com everyday. The “Paranormal t.o.t.s.” section will be added soon explaining where and why t.o.t.s. travel to actual haunted locations across the U.S. to get first hand footage for their shows.

t.o.t.s. decided to scrap the “Filleted” EP in favor of a full-length CD, called “God in a Box”. Streaming RealAudio files have been posted for over half the songs on the SOUNDS page. Look for the remaining songs to be posted shortly. If you want a disc ($10 U.S.), email product@outside-the-skin.com. We’ve given up on the record labels for now, so this is the only place you’re going to find it. The discography page has also gotten a slight overhaul.

First review Pied Piper and first interview of t.o.t.s. added to “Reviews” page. Keep your eyes on the “Images” section; new pictures are being manipulated and should be posted shortly. The first CD is in the works. Demos have been sent off, but who the hell knows how that’s gonna go. So if we haven’t heard anything by the new year, looks like we’ll be pressing a full-length disc ourselves. Look for more news to be posted online, cuz that’s the only place you’ll be able to get it.
